Step into the shoes of an NFL athlete and put your fitness to the test by completing the same drills used in the NFL Combine. This challenge is designed to assess your strength, endurance, and power across a variety of athletic tests.... NFL Style combine to kickstart Flag Football Season...40 yard dash, Vert Jump, 5-10-5, L-Drill, Bench Rep Test, Broad Jump.

Join us for a spooktacular fitness experience at the Halloween Lift-Off Event! Participants are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes (within dress code) and take part in a group workout or lift-off challenge.... Squat or Deadlift with Appropriate costumes...UH, goodie bags, after the event??
