Elizabeth has over 35 years of experience in energy, retail sales and distribution, and services industries. Elizabeth spent the first decade of her career with a Big 4 Accounting firm delivering software development and strategic management consulting services to oil & gas, consumer products, and retail distribution clients.

During the second decade of her career, she was handpicked by the C-suite of a start-up for a newly created position to establish the processes, policies, and tools to lead a $6 billion back office/financial operations and customer fulfillment organization employing a staff of 500. Her responsibilities increased each year as she and her team succeeded in creating a cost-effective, nimble, and reliable platform.

During the third decade of her career, Elizabeth was promoted to president to provide P&L, visionary leadership and direction for NRG's multi-brand retail organization. Over the 12 years she served as president, she and her team tripled earnings and customer count through organic growth and business acquisitions.
