Graduation Initiatives

The Degree Completion Team and PALs provide proactive, personalized support. Using data-informed strategies, they identify students needing help and offer targeted interventions. Collaborating with faculty and staff, they help students overcome challenges and stay focused on achieving academic success and graduation goals.
When You Need Help

Peer Assistant Leaders (PALs) are experienced UH students who understand what it’s like to navigate college life. Whether you're figuring out university processes, balancing responsibilities, or just need someone to talk to, PALs offer relatable, one-on-one support to help you make sense of the complex parts of being a student.
