U.S. Rep. Christian Menefee is leading U.S. Rep. Al Green heading into the Democratic primary runoff for the 18th Congressional District, with 50% of likely voters saying they will support Menefee and 43% saying Green is their top choice.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and incumbent U.S. Sen. John Cornyn remain locked in a tight race for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate, with Paxton holding a narrow advantage three weeks before the primary runoff.

Alex Mealer, who ran for Harris County judge in 2022, is leading a closely watched Republican primary for the newly redrawn 9th Congressional District, with support from 34% of likely voters. State Rep. Briscoe Cain follows with the support of 26% of voters, while businessman Dan Mims trails with 10%.
